I'm moving to Dalian around mid-october and will need an apartment for one year.
I'm looking for one that is either new or very well maintained and want to have either park or ocean view with balcony.
It should be about 75~100 meters square, well furnished, all appliances in working order and all past bills and management fees paid up to date before I take posession.
