How are you going? :)

I am looking at options to work in Dalian. I would only available to start full-time work after Golden Week, but I am actually available for other kinds of work right now.

Besides full-time work, I will also be available for part-time, short-term, English camps, acting, proof-reading, editing, and private 1-on-1 tutoring.

I'm currently staying with a friend in Dalian. That's why for full-time jobs, I'm only considering positions that would pay for my accommodation, as well. Ideally, I would like to be able to walk to work or take a short bus / bicycle ride.

Who I am not:
- I am not an inexperienced teacher coming over to Asia for the first time.

Who I am / What I have:
- I am an experienced educator with tons of various teaching experience over the last six years in the USA, China, Canada, Thailand, Taiwan, and Laos. I have worked for Li Yang's Crazy English as Li Yang's assistant, English camps instructor, studio recording artist, and textbook proof-reader.
- TESOL certificate
- Bachelor of Science degree (Sociology) from Portland State University - Portland, Oregon, USA.
- Well-mannered, generally likable, easy-going, funny, clean, and friendly person.
- Experienced with all ages and levels.
- Experienced with travel, life, and cultural aspects in many countries around the world, including: Thailand (two years), Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Indonesia (eight months), Mongolia, India (five months), Pakistan, Mexico, Canada (six months), Australia (four months), and The Fiji Islands (six months).
- Willing to always learn new things.
- I have certain I.T specialties, especially with the following: Windows, Linux, VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and web development (LAMP, CSS, and HTML / XHTML).
- Teaching experience with English, ESL, Math, Science, and Computers.
- Had published three books of English poetry over the last two years.
- Chinese visa valid through 2008.
My birthday in two months, and that will make me 27 years old. I enjoy sports, travel, photography, web development, politics, philosophy, and so much more!
