I Cafe:
“Pasta Fresca”, From 1st May

Italian regions of ‘Friuli, Venezia’ are renowned as the centre of Gastronomic experiences, with cuisines that are colourful as its history. Savour Marco’s irresistible pasta at our International Buffet, using the freshest imported ingredients, daily.

Nishimura:
Fresh Japanese Fish, 1st – 31st May
Chef Mido has created a range of sensational dishes dedicated to all fish lovers. From the freshest ingredients (air flown from Japan) to the breath taking presentations.

“Mother’s Day” Weekend special, 10th -11th May
Dedicate the day to the most important women in your life with warmth and joy at I Café, Shang Palace or Nishimura on Saturday 10th May and Sunday 11th May.

I Cafe:
Come and enjoy our hearty spread at I cafe for our Mothers weekend special. Each Mother who patronize I cafe will have the chance to win a weekend stay for two with breakfast and other prizes.

Shang Palace:
Chef Deng has created a wonderful mums set menu for four persons from to celebrate this hearty moment with your family. Every set will receive a free Mother’s day cake and the chance to win buffet vouchers and to spend a weekend in our suite. Nishimura:
If Japanese, is the taste of mum, then bring her to Nishimura for our special mother’s menu during this Mother’s day weekend only at Shangri-La Dalian. Every menu includes a free Mother’s day cake and the chance to take part in our lucky draw.

To go perfectly with our Olympic cocktail menu, we have come up with a light and tasty 3 tier afternoon tea menu to celebrate the Olympic games.

F2: 23/24 May come to F2 and join this international celebration we will have sporty performances, Olympic cocktails, and the chance to win our lucky draw with many prizes.
