Cinco de Mayo Party -- Campus
Village Kids’ Fun begins at 1:30 p.m. and will include activities such as games and crafts. Many thanks to Santa Fe Relocation and International SOS who are, respectively, sponsoring a moon bounce and a Piñata stuffed with candies, both great energy release for the children. Come dance the Macarena and see how low you can go doing the limbo
Our pig-roast will begin in the morning, and be ready for our consumption right at 6:00 p.m. Other mouth watering Mexican foods, such as Chips and Salsa, Enchiladas, Quesadillas, and Tacos, will also be served. We are also ready to quench your thirst with Margaritas and Tequila Shots, along with cold bottles of
Corona , and draft beer
Hash House Harriers activities will coincide with the Cinco de Mayo party. Registration begins at 2:30 p.m., with the run taking place at around 3:30 p.m.; Sumi will provide additional information regarding the H3 event.
Also featuring at 6:00 p.m. is the Filipino band, Heart-n-Soul. Their variation in styles, and large repertoire of songs, has pleased many expats. If weather permits, an open-air concert and dancing under the stars will complete this fun-filled evening
Cost for the event is 150 rmb, 55rmb for children between ages 4 thru 13, and free for children 3 years and under. Sodas and iced tea are included with the meal; all other beverages, alcoholic beverages, and fruit smoothies must be paid separately. Buy your tickets at the door.
