Don't know what your point about Sunny Night Club is lavieestbelle. Just giving my opinion on a certain type of beer, which is the point of forums. Seems like u got some grudge. Do you work for HaPi? Anyway we serve the largest range of beer in Dalian, outside of the beer festival ofcourse

I'VE SHARED MY EXPERIENCES WITH ALL MY COLLEAGUES IN EUROPE AND IN ASIA WITH MY ENGLISH, AM I GOING TO CARE ABOUT WHAT YOU UNDERSTANT A LITTLE CLUB EMPLOYED IN DALIAN?

OK, I may be a newbie posting here, but we've had three pages of responses to the original question and none have yet reported about the festival nor said where supplies for brewing beer may be found in Dalian.
Some have actually addressed the general topic of "beer" (and I do appreciate the suggestion of local beers- I prefer to support the home team)
I enjoy adolescent petty picking at each other as much as the next guy, but the original question or request for help remains. I am looking less for places to buy beer than where to get the ingredients for making my own.
So...since I'm unable to attend the Festival, how about a report from some who have?

The Beer Festival is from 17 of July to 28. 10 rmb/person.

Dalian used to have own brands,such as Bang cui dao, Hei Shi,Dalian ganpi. they are all good. Hua rui Group bought those brands since Dec of 1995. the most famous beer from Hua run is SNOW beer,well, some body calls it "MONS". Snow beer has a quite long story(Since 1964 from Shenyang). Hua run Beer belongs to Hongkong & South Africa.

By the way, Hapi is good. beers just like juice or milk, We don't need a fancy beer for daily life. Snow,Hapi,Tsching tao, all good.
