Hi. I am new to Dalian. And I was wondering if anyone knows the opening hours of the Post Office. Is it strictly between 8am-5pm, Mon to Fri only?
Is there any possible way for me to send like postcard through other means. Or if the Post Office is opened on Sat?
Does anyone knows how much does it cost to post a card/letter to France?

It will cost longer time to delivery ones since you choose post office as your carrier .but it is cheaper .
when you accept TNT or Fedex. there will be RMB 50 price difference . total it is around RMB150
