You're not in Dalian anymore? What a pity. We live here for 3.5 years now, and we have something that can be called a "Jewish community". I guessed that there were/are Jews in Dalian who don't know that there are other Jews/Israelis here, and this is why I publish such a post before every major holiday. Where are you now? Do you know of any other Jews who are living now in Dalian?
