Hmmmm, Silirine. Maybe that's the point, cheap and legal do not go together. Illegal copies everywhere you turn, but what purports to be legal and are much dearer eg Carrefor - do we trust/ yes or no?

You will pass some printer shops and software shops, it in a kind of side area. Make a right, walk past where all the remote controlled cars and on the left is a little garage where a woman is selling genuine Chinese dvds. The foreign dvds are in a separate section and run between 5RMB and higher, depending on how many, and popularity.

If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, its probably a duck. Splitting hairs by saying they are "cheap" DVDs and not illegal is pointless. The only cheap DVDs are illegal copies.
Legal DVDs arent cheap. Cheap DVDs arent legal.
