Hey there, I fly in two days to Shanghai and the Shenyang. I'm a diabetic and the airport security makes everytime trouble when I go thrue security with my insulin. Is there somebody to translate me this text in Mandarin ASAP. I really appriciate your help!!!

Insulin is 胰岛素 (yí dǎo sù ). Glucose is 葡萄糖 (pú tao táng). Diabete is 糖尿病 (táng niào bìng).

Don't you have a Chinese friend ?
You should go with him to a hospital and make the doctor write this document for you, with the official stamp.

I'm not sure you should write this by yourself... It's better to have official documents for this case.

Thanks for your help, the problems are the connection flights in China, or usualy small airport give me trouble. I try to get translations from here but that is not so easy also ...

I mean, you must have official documents from a hospital (not clinic) attesting that your reservoirs really contain insulin...

I've changed the text a little bit, so instead of 'high glucose level', which is superfluous information, I put in brackets that 'I am a diabetes patient'.
So the text is like this:
