Iso, the thought has crossed my mind before. I don't know how big the elevators are where you live, but believe me, my motorcycle could NOT fit in the elevator in my apartment:
They used to allow me to keep it inside the unused hallway in the building (where this pic was taken), but when construction began in that area I had to start keeping it outside.

The elevators are not that big but they have ways. Just nobody else has space in it anymore.
And do not start to talk about safety. As far as I know do motobikes still run on gasoline.
The tanks of motobikes have a little ventilation whole. So we get two scenarios.
Either the house starts burning because of the gasoline and cigarettes or it already burns and makes it far worth by nourishing the fire.
Anyway thats, like we know, different in China because its China and everything is safe here.
cheers
Iso

QUOTE: ...No wonder why they're stealing if they're not allowed doing legal business... :side:
What a mischievous statement!
1- You are implying that it is an established fact that these people are thieves.
2- You are singling out the precise persons that were making these cakes at that place.
3- You are making excuses for thievery - it is okay to steal because legal business is not authorized.
4- You are implying that their cake business was not legal but should be - or was legal but abusively terminated.
5- you are meddling with Chinese internal affairs by implying that the fact that you like a cake is reason enough to legalize illegal business ran by dissident thieves!
All that because you miss their cakes!? Are you a political activist?
WARNING! LaoWais buying political cakes from illegal business ran by dissident thieves from the west will have their penis cut in half, twice!
