Anyone has any idea or info where and which govt. office in dalian do you go to file your self-declaration of Personal Income Tax (Return) for aliens working in china?
The believe the dateline in 31 March.

I think that depends on where you or you company are registered. For me it's the office behind the Carrefour on Xian Rd.
There is a parking lot inside the complex of buildings where also Carrefour is located. Walk onto to this parking lot from Xian Rd. and the office is in the backside of the buildings which are facing Xian Rd.
