Aren't we missing the point here? I thought the original post was about Chinese Boss Jokes? I'm going to keep my mouth shut on this one. If you met some of past Chinese bosses you'd understand why.

My first Chinese Boss send his reception girls out on a 5 story ledge to move the sign from a window. They were s@#t scared and thats no joke. He didn't want to have to pay the 50 rmb required to hire someone to do the job properly.. New Century English School come on home!!!!!!!!

Jorgito, Perhaps you're forgetting the perks involved with management in China. Pocket commissions, take grace fees, etc... playing your cards sufficiently dasterdly could net you a rise.
