Xinghai Sq and Park is the fun place to be. Shengli Sq is the shopping fun place to go. Olympic Sq and also Xian RD have nice shopping. If there is snow, go to the Labor Park and do some sleddin, thats fun. Welcome to Dalian.

Sitting outside on the terrace on Shengli Sq is nice but its a tad cold now. But with Hot coffee could be bearable. Xinghai Sq watching the tourists flood in, take a photo and leave is also pretty nice too. Or Just go to any Starbucks. Get the right place and waste the day watching how much Money people spend whole shopping.
