Has anyone noticed that they are constructing a new Amica coffee shop on top of Victory just past the big guitar and saxaphone. It'll be a welcome addition to that part of the square as the former restaurant was a bit ramshackle to say the least and Chinese don't seem to like sitting outside with a beer/ coffee or food do they?
