I was wondering if anybody can give me some info on the Paulaner in Dalian. Where is it exactly and how is it?
I've been to Paulaner in Shanghai a few times but finally decided that I'm not rich enough to go there. I love their 1L drafts, but 120RMB is a bit over the top for me.
The food there was very good though and I would like to know if this is the same in Dalian. I'd like a good schnitzel again.
I've seen a lot of oktober fest advertisements lately as well. In Shanghai this meant that Paulaner was 50% discount these days and you could get pork from the roast. Is there anything similar going on here? If so it would be fun to go there with a big group of foreigners, hopefully Germans and Dutch, hehe.
If anybody knows, some info would be much appreciated!

Paulaner food is very good especially the sausages although it can work out very expensive if you choose a selection of dishes. Beer is good, my only gripe is the music is much too loud for when you are eating. We did tell the F & B Manager so maybe he has got the message. I don't know about the Octoberfest but the Dalian beer festival is not far off now
