Purchased a bottle of "Dynasty" for 60 RMB at Tesco. Won't be doing that again as the taste was ... somewhat sour and, well, not good. I'll try the Great Wall next time.

Have not been to DCTwine. There's also a hotel on Renmin Rd with bright neon lights advertising wine. Eventually, I will check those places out.
You mentioned Zins. Are u referring to rose or reds? I love red Zins but I think I'll have better luck in winning the lottery than finding quality red Zins in Dalian (not literally but u know what I mean) ... I did see a 93 or 94 Chateau Margaux at Friendship Dept Store for 7000 RMB.
My favorite? Turley Zinfandel from CA. Simply superb.
