With the warmer weather on the way it’s always nice to sit outside to have a few cold beers. The only place I can think of is Noahs Ark. Are there any other places??

Outside Dave's (or however this one is called now) in QiYi street was always very nice. Next to Zhong Shan square, so busy enough, but surprisingly quiet, considering that one of the probably most chaotic traffic situation in Dalian is only 50m away. But I doubt that he has tables outside already ...
