There is a xin jiang resturant near Dong bei university of financial and economical.(Dong Bei Cai Jing Da Xue). Da pan ji in there is very famous.most of the time u need to queue in there.and After 7 pm.There is no chicken . I only know the place where can have it,but I don't know the recipe.sorry.

i've been. its so small only 10 people can sit in there at once. you would think they would expand to make more money... i am not in dalian at the moment. i wanted to make it at home haha.
