One would be hard put to find a thread that deals with the problems of TOO MUCH MONEY... (it is likely that most visitors of dalianXpat would not have a clue about that either!)
If DalianXpat is targeting rich expats, it is a miss; but of course, it would be bad PR to state it is targeting the poor.
So Alexis Chu, it seems you don't have enough money... What are you going to do about it?

Whining and Whinging . Why, you get out of this site either what you put into it or what you pull out of it. Targeting a certain group of people as Alexis Chu and others have suggested means that you must have the means to keep unwanteds out at your discretion. This does not happen on dxpat. In fact, if as perfect gentleman (not so perfect anymore methinks) hints at the income requirement being 10,000rmb + then a good percentage of current members would not be here registered. It's all a load of codswallop and stinks to high heaven of whinging for its own sake. Put up (where's the evidence) or shut up.
