damn........ ok got a bit of time on me hands and Ive had 3 or 4 people ask me about where to go for what..... I'll write here what i know/what people keep asking.......
(and any of u old cronies who sit in the quiet places drinking brandy wanna add (LOL) please do coz i know nuffin about that kinda stuff!)
ok, the only place u will find some real bass bumpin' stuff your used to is
@ "hongchang", a new club thats opened in russian street. Now i went there once, Its HUGE the music is to my,(and by the sounds of it your taste) and a beer is 10 RMB. its got huge potential and the nearest to ministry of sound u'll find this side of Beijing mate (but...... without the queue....and popularity for that matter...). Babyface near Zhongshan too, but its overpriced, overrated and full of wannabe "gangstarrrz" -
banana is bollocks, music in there is a battery for all the pillheads to keep continuosly nodding to till they need to drop another..... and it literally is just backstreet boys (keyboard remix) or a chinese anthem from 1984 mixed with benni bennassi..... poo in my language...
r n b/Hip-Hop - Spark n J.D, however it gets so damn repetitive after so long, and the DJ's do only play what they know will get them feet on the floor rather than what theyd like to spin... (and none of them are real dj's bar one in Spark) which sux too. prices competitive, if u like being inside the bar to experiance your nite then i suggest u go to spark as JD is just smelly n full and well kinda reminds me of an abitoir come 10 pm weekend nite. Also full of brawls that spill out onto the street for no apparent reason, just coz its JD's and thats what happens.....
please u people that go to the little talking spots and irish places add summin if u can, coz i dont know that scene at all.

Any more updates on Hong Chang???
I'd die for anything like MoS, but i guess I'm being a bit too optimistic.

well mate, i went tehre on opening night and aint been bak since cos my mates dont like "change" cos they are nobz...... i'd be well up for goin bak but not on me todd! lol
its deffoes got hardcore potential man, its big, looks sweet as, and foreigners can get beers for 10 kuai (seriously lol.... )
