Post subject: the new bar
I heard that the new bar at the back door of Kempinski hotel openned and it looks good. But i haven't been to there so far. Anyone came there before? or who'd like to make an exploring with me?
My friend work in the hotel and he told me he can give me a 50% discount.

I went there two weeks ago to suss it out, staff were good and very well trained, but a little over attentative. We had a selection of food and it was not bad, but can work out expensive ( nearly 1000rmb for five of us with a couple of beers!. The big problem was the music, if you are eating you want to chat not shout, the noise level was like a nightclub and we left after the food for a quieter place. Also the Food & Beverage Manager was chewing gum the whole night, I've never seen this in a professional before. Hope this helps
