Guidelines: Listing Appartments For Rent 2 Years, 5 Months ago
To allow a fair exchange of information, it would be useful if, when listing appartments for rent, the following were mentioned. Mention more if you like, but please include these basics or the advert may be removed:
1. Location.
2. Floor and floor-space.
3. Facilities - how many rooms, is the appartment furnished?
4. Period of availability. When will the appartment become available and for how long can a tennent sign a lease for?
5. Price. Without a price, the above are meaningless. Is this price inclusive or exclusive of any water, electricity, security, sports, etc, surcharge?
6. Payment terms. Will a deposit be required? Will rent be payable monthly, 3-monthly, 6-monthly, etc?
7. Contact details.
If some things are negotiable, by all means say so, but please provide the framework above.
