I'v got enough money saved up to last me for a while, so after travelling for a bit, I'll return to Dalian and devote my time to studying Chinese. I may decide to start working again, or I may return to Scotland, but I want to be able to make that decision without being tied to a housing lease.
Does anyone know if any of these enormous new residential developments springing up all over Dalian offer three month leases ?
I'm thinking there must be a newly built but near empty tower block somewhere, fully furnished but just sitting there waiting for buyers. I have a feeling that I might be able to rent such a thing short-term.
The more central the better, but location isn't that much of an issue. Price is though, I can't really stretch to more than 1500 RMB/month and would preferably pay nearer 1000. I guess this means it'll be the size of a box, 35 square metres or something, but that's ok.
