I've been reading the forums here, trying to get a feel on how best to rent a place in Dalian. The most obvious way, I have read, is to go through an agent. I've essentially categorised them into two types:
1). The agent who claims no fees but, more often than not, charges more than what the property is worth.
2). Agents who charge a fee, this includes the good, the bad and the ugly.
What are your experiences, good or bad, with agents in Dalian. If they have been good, please provide a name
