if you find a possibility for sailing, just let me know, because I am also looking around! But it seams senceless, because near here is Lushun with its big Navy Port, I believe we are an restricted area here!

You will a licence to drive a boat you can get them through Boat Builder called Songliao.
I will be in Dalian soon building boats, starting with 16m Wave Piercer and for fun have thoughts about building some 3m long micro sailing trimarans. Very easy to sail and plenty of fun... will look to get schools interested. as well as other interested people. What do you think?

I'm in Shipbuilding and will stay in Dalian for about 1 1/2 year to manage a newbulding project.
In the meantime I would like to have a small sailing boat, at home I have Laser and a steel cabin cruiser, here I would like to find a WETA or something like that
are you already started with the newbuilding of the wave piercer ?

I have Dutch certicate I & II which I can chanche in a European certificate possebly this is also valid in China ??
