I'm currently in the market for an E-bike to ride around the KaiFaQu/Jinshitan area. Could anyone recommend a good place to buy them, and what price range I could expect?
And before anyone starts, yes, I've heard the "Are you crazy, riding a bike in Dalian will turn you into roadkill in 5 seconds" speech

Hehe yup, I got a place at DongChen TianSha (if I got that right). Looks like a decent place to live, although I have to say that I was really irked to find out that the restaurants out in front were FAKE. Hahaha!

I actually bought a Scooter today so my wife and I can ride back and forth over to KiFaQu and around Jinzhou. But it is a little bigger than an E-bike.
But while I was looking around for our bike I came across a shop/store that sells e-bikes in Jinzhou. As far as the prices, I think I remember them being in the 1500 to 2000 RMB range but not sure on that. The next time I am close to it I will get some prices for you. It is very close to our apartment, probably in the next couple of days I'll go.
