Yeah, I believe that some desperate individuals who had such ability to make money by scams are trying all they can to penetrate China. So, as expats in the field of Teaching, it is really important to listen to those who were almost victimized. Or just ignore such kind of ESL job posts.
Hope this should warn all new teacher expats in China. specifically in Dalian.
