hi all, i am a friend of All's Well's manager. let me make some fair comments.in my opinion, it is time to pay attention to the price increasing for the raw materials before dumping them,boycotting them.As i know,All's Well has not rised buffet price since they started it.maybe this is the reason why some consumers can't accept it suddenly.No doubt we are consumers and we hope to get more with less money,for me,i can understand All's Well because they are doing business and i can accept this price according to the money in my wallet.I tasted Samba before,only one time,we also must pay them for beer and for me, i don't like their meat after compare with All's Well.i prefer to enjoy better food with a little more money.As to another places,i didn't have a try, so i don't have authority to appraise them. actually i don't think All's Well made a good advertisement on this issue,they only announced this change inside not online. anyway,different people has different favorite, if you all still prefer the nice automsphere and well-choosen beef in All's Well,i believe they will continue to try their best to make everything better

Of course if you are friends with the manager or owner then they can do no wrong. My opinion is based solely on my own experiences there. The food is not so great when compared to those other places. Origus offers free beer as well and they have pizza, barbecued meats, and salad bar. They have a prime location and that means the food is always fresh during the peak times and if you have a special request, it will be done. Alls Well likes to advertise that they are the foreigner's best friend for a hangout place but I don't see whats to great about it and to be honest, if I wanted to drink a beer that costs money, I prefer the drafts from Samba or the German place on Roosevelt 4th floor, that is real and good flavored beer. If I wanted Daxue, Keller, or Snow beers, I wouldn't pay more than 3RMB for them from any local store. So, you can speak all you like about it with your friendship but if this is your best argument to make foreigners go there, I still think of other places that are inexpensive and offer more.

When I went the other night, which was my 1st time, I had looked at the advertisement on here and saw the Beer aspect, not that I am a great drinker. I was just a little surprised when I got there and had to pay 5RMB for it. While I can fully understand All's Wells reasoning, I was just a shade disappointed that I had gone for one thing and got another.... so who is updating ExPat Website?
