So the way you progress your students is playing them music from 30 years ago. If you are 'teaching' then why not let them hear modern music, or at least something they can't buy here and then percieve that every white face listens too...
OR don't you know any??? um maybe thats it!!

Even if I know new pop songs which they prefer, they still insist it is more difficult than "Right Here Waiting", "My Love", and so on. Well, we only do it twice a month when we are done 3 or 4 units in the book.

Thanks for the offer though. I have lots of collection, and I prefer Jazz and Alternative now that I am getting older, hahahaha!
