BBQ Party - What did you think? 1 Month, 2 Weeks ago
Hey thanks for those that attended the BBQ party, was a great success. We had over 300 people from 8pm til 3am!!
Anyway just wondering what you guys thought of the event and if you had any improvements?

Comments; really good meat, well planned, outside sound about right level, good layout.
Improvements; more knives and forks, less bananas.
Suggestions; maybe a wind break at the car park end of the area.

I think you already know my thoughts about the night... I think it would be better if the BBQ area was on the other side of the patio from the bar.. that way you will not get congestion happening all on the same end with people trying to get food and drinks.. It will help spread the crowd out a little... I was really impressed to see so may people out on a Wednesday night, just chillin and having a good time.
