No, I am not attracted by noisy crowds of wannabe patriots & have always disliked the political abuse of "The Games" ever since the 1972 Munich massacre (I was nine & it shocked me!), the 1980 boycott() & its "response" in 1984! If someone offered me tickets I would not go to the games. I only want to maintain a low profile here and enjoy being with my family. I love sports but I am not very excited about seeing people toss balls, dive into water, or run around a track. I am more of a team sports fan and although the NBA players will be in the Olympics, soccer has its age limitations and I don't care for volleyball, a sport as exciting as watching paint drying in my opinion. Baseball is pretty cool but I am not sure about the quality.
