Hey all,

I am in search of an apartment near Ligong Daxue. In that area, what can I expect to pay? Also, can anyone suggest a good real estate agency to work with? I am also interested in potential roommates, preferably Chinese (to prevent me from using too much English).

We are house keeping and room information Co. at Baiheshanzhuang , adjacent to Ligongdaxue(3 bus stops distance).

Depend on your ecnomical power , you may pay 1500-3000/month in this area for a nice appartment.

I recemmend you to live in Dayoutianyuan(comrehensive leisure garden) which is the best community in this area , in my opnion,with nice building and very green surrounding .

I can help you : rent appartment , find room mate , appartment cleaning , chef , intrepreter, chinese language tercher etc.
