As I am still new to Dalian, I'm interested in learning more about its neighborhoods.
Could someone who knows this city well please provide me with a list of neighborhoods and their thoughts/opinions of each one? Indicating if it is urban, residential, if there are grocery stores, bars/clubs, hospitals or schools nearby would be extremely helpful, as would providing an indication of rent (low, moderate, expensive).
I'd like to compile this information and make it available to newcomers, as I've seen many people asking about where to live...
It would be extremely helpful to indicate how rents vary, where expats are most likely to be found (both families and swingin' singles), etc.
