Yeah, I remember this poem when I was in the University. The irony of it though is that this poem was carefully written to accelerate the proficiency level in a learner's pronunciation and fluency (refer to the link source as cited by...). There was even a teacher of English who tried to memorize it and speak out loud every night for three months and eventually his pronunciation improved.
Well, if one see the source ,,,you would be challenged to try how it can help one learn English pronunciation interesting and effective. It is very difficult indeed but it's worth trying.
