This is what I'm looking for. I need a place with at least one bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom (this is just what I need, not what I want). This place needs to have a washing machine, a CLEAN kitchen and bathroom, refrigerator, tv, furniture, air conditioning, and be at least 55 square meters in size. It also needs to be in a quiet enough area that I can sleep during the day (no big roads where I would get awoken by impatient drivers and their all-too-handy horns). Finally, this place needs to be NO more than 1500RMB/month, if it is more, do not reply to this forum. I have set this price because that is the most I want to pay and I believe it to be a reasonable price to pay considering where I live now and the price I pay for it (the place I live now is 59 square meters, it is clean, relatively quiet, and has all the appliances I want, but it does not have air conditioning - I only pay 850/month). I'm not too particular about the area (North Dalian, South Dalian, City Center, whatever), it MUST meet the above mentioned criteria.
