I got mine from Electronic City in Olympic Square.

RMB
2300 - Console + 1 controller
300 - Mod-chip (installed)
500 - Extra controller ("real&quot
5-8 - games

You should be able to get it a little cheaper than I what I paid. I bought mine the day it came out.

They also have Gamecube games which can run on the Wii. You need to buy a controller and a memory card (I forget what I paid...not too much).

Good luck

Of course, you can get Wii at Olympics Computer Centre in Dalian. There are several shops that sells Wii at prices ranging from RMB2,200 to RMB2,500 for standard pack. You must request for power supply of 220V as these are Japanese models. You can get lots of games as well.

No waiting list as there are many available.
I bought one last month and it works well and fun.

You said these are Japanese models....do you think they'd work if I were to bring it back to the United States? Wii's are STILL impossible to find here. Every time a store gets a few new ones they are immediately snatched up, usually by employees so I don't even have a chance. I have been lusting over the Wii for ages and it's about damned time I had one, because quite frankly I'm sick of having to walk my butt to my friend's house to annex his whenever I want to get my Wii boxing on!

Japanese and U.S. electronics run on the same electricity so, what you buy from Japan you can use in the U.S. Just double check the voltage.
