Yeah, they'll work. Keep in mind, however, that console menus are all in Japanese and can't be changed.

It's easy enough to run a game and create a Mii, but it'll be tough to navigate through the menus when you want to to anything else (ie: go online, adjust settings, etc.).

Many Thx guys, I'm going to get one from Olympic with my friend, but as u said, it's japanese model? that'll bring some hassles to read japanese menu stuff>.<...cuz i'm going to take it back to canada later on, and i dont think my frienz can read Jap either...maybe they have Eng. one available here now? i'll go check anyways, thx for the info

Be careful when you use the controllers with the cord. I heard from my friend's cousin's sister's bff that some kid accidently strangled himself while trying to karate chop a monster while playing slaughter house 26.

that sounds most interesting. wondering how they accomplished that one unless they already had placed the cord around their neck and were slowly cutting off their oxygen during game play to begin with. Additionally one might think when you collapsed upon the floor the cord would loosen as it is only attached to the nunchuk and not the console itself. Can anyone dig up the story out the newspaper as I am sure that would be a top news story.
