Post subject: Brand new apartment for rent in Development Zone area
A friend of mine has a 2-bedroom apartment for rent in central Development Zone Area - right above Mykal Department Store. Brand new apartment without furniture at this stage, but can be arranged to suit your needs.
I'm an expat myself living in that apartment building, I found it quite safe and convenient when it comes to shopping. All buses stop in front of Mykal department store and train station to the city is within 5 mins walk. There're many Japanese/Korean/American families live in the same apartment buliding.
Let me know if you're interested and I can provide more info.
Cheers.

The size is approximately 125 m2
Price can be negotiated. But just to give you an idea of the price range in this apartment building, my apartment is 137m2 with 3 bedrooms and the rent I pay is RMB56,500 p.a. Apartment management fee and heating are included in the rental. I have a nice sea view as well. So you don't expect to pay more than RMB56,500 p.a for my friend's apartment which is smaller and only has 2 bedrooms. Her apartment faces JinMa Road.
My friend is more interested to have her apartment occupied by a tenant rather than fussy about the amount of rent she gets paid.

Well, I guess it states the small but important abbreviation "p.a."
Coming from the old latin term "pro anno" this term means "for a year"
(I knew this latin would pay off some day, but don't nail me if it's pro annum or pro anno ...)

Correct diljo.
p.a = per annum which means 1 year.
I certainly couldn't afford to pay 45,000RMB per month!!
