Job Description We are seeking tech support staff who will provide assistant to customers of one of the world largest companies. We provide training for you to learn very advanced technologies and offer comfortable working environment with competitive compensation.

Our Asia-Pacific Support Team is made up of multilingual security experts, providing high quality support to our customers.

We are seeking bilingual technical support engineers. This position will be focused on opportunities in Japan but will also support other opportunities in the Asia PAC region. Strong technical knowledge with great communication skills required.

Provide superior technical support service through identifying customer issues and offering solutions.

Provide client support services to assist customers in solving problems.

Provide technical support via live chat and email. (Limited telephone support.)

Perform other related duties as required.


Qualifications Requirements:

Some customer support experience.

Good communication skills in both Japanese and English
*
Be able to provide tech support to Japanese customers in chat and email
*
Excellent oral and written communication skills

*
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
*
Good typing skills
*
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
*
Willing to work in shifts to meet customers' needs
*
Proficient with Windows-based systems and internet navigation
*
Broadband internet with high stability
*
Previous experience in technical support via email, live chat, and phone


Plus:

Degree in Computer Science or two ( 2 ) years of related experience.

2 years of tech support experience in Japaneses.
