| Job Description |
Responsible for telephone-based selling of ASG software solutions within an assigned APAC territory.
Working in tandem with ASG field sales to meet and ideally exceed sales quota.
Follow-up and qualify leads from trade shows, marketing campaigns, online and inbound phone inquiries.
Maintain necessary prospect/customer information and forecast details in ASG¡¦s CRM system.
Meet or exceed the measurable goals in a highly automated metrics based telephone sales environment.
Make efficient use of pre-sales support and marketing resources.
Achieve sales quota in assigned territory by:
Building a solid prospect pipeline;
Account mapping and opportunity identification;
Efficiently qualifying prospects and following a disciplined solution selling approach;
Establishing accurate sales forecasts.
Attend and successfully complete all training provided by ASG.
Bachelor Degree in a related area.

| Qualifications |
1-2 years of telesales/inside sales experience.
Must possess strong prospecting skills.
Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Native speaker of Chinese language and strong English skills.
Well spoken with exceptional telephone and written communication skills.
Knowledge of business organization structure, buying influences and purchasing processes.
High interest in information technology and the drive to learn new products and solutions.
Proficient in MS Office.
