Dalian Aston Future English Training School is looking for 3-4 qualified foreign teachers to join our team in Dalian.
We are looking for teachers to work 20hr or 25hr per week contracts at 4 of our 7 schools in Dalian. Teachers' schedules will consist primarily of children's classes, but may also include adult classes and outside company training.
20 hour teachers will work 4 days per week. Salary is 5000 per month, with paid national holidays and 1 week paid vacation per 6-month term. Completion bonuses are paid at the end of either 6-month or 12-month contract. Insurance is provided for 12-month contracted teachers.
25 hour teachers will work 5 days per week. Salary is 6200 per month, with paid national holidays and 1 week paid vacation per 6-month term. Completion bonuses are paid at the end of either 6-month or 12-month contract. Insurance is provided for 12-month contracted teachers.
Training is provided for all teachers, including an initial teacher certification course as well as monthly ongoing training session, observation and feedback, and coaching.
