HOLLAND BUSINESS WINGED-OX ORGANIC FOOD (DALIAN) CO., LTD (HBWO) is a full sister company of Tradin Organic Agriculture B.V. Tradin is a fully Dutch owned and world leading trading company, specialized in the sourcing and sales of organic agricultural raw materials for the international food and bakery industry. Tradin has sales and sourcing companies in different countries. HBWO is Tradin’s main sourcing company. Products are mainly grown and bought in the Northern Chinese provinces, then transported to Dalian for further processing and shipment to Europe and the USA. HBWO’s headquarters and processing facilities are based in Dalian. HBWO, based in Dalian, China is in search of a: FINANCIAL MANAGER (f/m) The financial manager will be: - Responsible for (cost price) calculations, checking the income, costs and other expenses, daily financial management and regular inventory checking’s (both fixed assets and stocks) - Organizing, instructing, re-organizing and checking the financial department - Identifying possible inefficiencies and propose concrete solutions - Setting up an accurate and transparent financial reporting and budgeting / forecasting system in close cooperation with the HBWO management team - Executing the financial reporting towards Dutch headquarters and HBWO management team. Analyze costs and expenses based on financial and processing data. Identify cost bottlenecks and present these to HBWO management team - Comparing and analyzing budgeted results and actual monthly results and discuss deviations with HBWO management team - Responsible for VAT refund procedures and keep the management team informed about results and possible future regulation changes - Tracing and staying up-to-date about national financial laws, import/export regulations and keep financial department informed - Drafting the financial regulations, and then present to management team for approval - Implementing the AXAPTA, ERP software packages in close cooperation with our Dutch headquarters specialist - Executing other tasks as assigned. NB. Reporting of daily issues will be directly to the financial controller. Financial results and forecasts will also be presented to and discussed with Dutch headquarters and HBWO management team.

| Qualifications |
For this challenging position we demand:
- A master degree in accounting. MBA and / or relevant education abroad is a pre
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
- Minimum of five years of working experience in finance. Experience in (food) processing plant finance is a pre
- Good knowledge of financial and office software. Experience in using ERP systems is a pre
- Good understanding of national finance, tax laws and regulations
- Team player and affinity with import and export business
- Excellent analytical, reporting and management skills.
