Job Nature:

- Under the guidance and supervision of the Service Manager – FO, this position is to ensure smooth and efficient handling of the Front Office operation for the Japanese guests.
|
- Provide the necessary VIP treatment for the Japanese guests; coordinates with all departments concerned to fulfill Japanese guests needs and to respond, comply professionally; Manage the whole team of Japanese Guest Relation Officers.

Requirement1:

Candidates must hold a valid Japanese passport and be able to speak either English or Chinese
|
Requirement2:

|
Physically fit, neat, well groomed, pleasant appearance and personality.
