Roles and Responsibilities
NOTE: This is NOT a secretary position.
1. Communicate with internal and external senior business leaders and their staff members in accordance with business requirements and needs
2. Liaise with internal engineering/marketing/operations team to identify work interfaces and coordination of deliverables
3. Assist with the preparation and submittal of weekly and monthly business review
4. Prepare the Executive with clear background for business meetings, and prepare related materials
5. Professionally manage projects by motivating, persuading and communicating with people

| Qualifications |
Requirements
1. Proficient in English, both verbal and written
2. Experience and knowledge of working in an engineering or scientific environment
3. Graduated from top universities, MBA is preferred
4. Willing to travel globally
5. Good communication, collaboration and well developed team-working skills
6. Independent, handle projects, cooperative, team working, good in communication; as this role should be able to do project independently
7. Proactive, positive thinking, passionate
