1. The Management Trainee will report to the Front Office Manager.
2. The Management Trainee is expected to offer professional and efficient service to customers, get involved in handling of the Front Office operations so that the guests receive utmost care and provide the necessary VIP treatment; coordinates with all departments concerned to fulfill guest needs and to respond and comply professionally.

1. Oral and written fluency in English
2. Degree/Diploma in any discipline
3. Customer oriented, motivated, enthusiasm, flexibility, goals oriented, initiative
4. European candidate is preferred
