- Under the guidance and supervision of the Service Manager – FO, this position is to ensure smooth and efficient handling of the Front Office operation for the Japanese guests.
- Provide the necessary VIP treatment for the Japanese guests; coordinates with all departments concerned to fulfill Japanese guests needs and to respond, comply professionally.
- 12 months' internship.

| Qualifications |
1. Candidates must hold a valid Japanese passport and be able to speak either English or Chinese
2. Physically fit, neat, well groomed, pleasant appearance and personality.
3. Passionate towards Hotel industry
4. Can do morning and afternoon shifts |
