Customer service Coordinator-English native speaker
1.This position is for an individual with senior level knowledge in customer service.
2.Is knowledgeable in all aspects and procedures of Global Dispatch Center (GDC).
3.Works under pressure and adapts to constant and radical changes.
4.Performs at an advanced level then a level 1 and 2.
5.Receives incoming calls for service and support globally.
6.Creates cases and dispatches service request to the appropriate resources including field engineers, mission critical support specialists, service partners and subcontractors to satisfy service requirements and contractual agreements.
7.Promotes and delivers real-time service delivery plans.
8.Completes requests in a timely manner.
9.Is knowledgeable of existing department procedures and proactively recommends improvements. Is an example to others.
10.Assists and coach other agents when needed.

Qualifications
basic personal computer knowledge e.g. MS Office and Windows.
English native speaker
customer service experience preferred.
