My friends and I went to All's Well on a Sunday evening about 7 o'clock. We were the only customers in the place. The atmosphere was comfortable and pleasant. They served us quickly and were very attentive and helpful. After eating so much disappointing 'western' food (and at considerable cost) I found All's Well to be very satisfying. The hamburger tastes like a hamburger; the icecream tastes like icecream; the coffee is good and priced reasonably; you get a full meal for a low price.
I'm looking forward to a return visit.

Went to All's Well Cafe on Saturday night thinking there was going to be the buffet dinner. Alas, due to the holidays, no buffet.

We sat down and had dinner anyway since my family and I weren't about to take another cab to a different restaurant.

Ordered seafood pasta, cheeseburger,hotdog and a steak. First the pasta. When you order pasta at a western cafe, you sort of expect a real pasta. What we got was seafood chow mein. It wasn't bad but if we wanted seafood chow mein, that's what we'd order, not seafood pasta. Cheesburger and Hotdog were big with tasty french fries. The steak was ... mediocre at best. You could tell it was frozen meat, thawed then cooked. And the pepper sauce was just too much. I felt like I orderd pepper sauce with a steak on the side rather than vice versa.

I'm not sure I'd go back there for the a la carte (I may go back there for the buffet at some point). Service was great, ambience as well. The staff was real friendly. But food just did not meet my expectations.
At least, it wasn't that pricey. Everyhting I mentioned above with 2 beers came out to be 150 RMB.

This restaurant tries to pull off the duo of serving chinese and western food for its saturday night buffet; my girlfriend and i went for the buffet which had a lot of variety to offer. But in its trying to do both- the chinese and western foods- it does not work well for either. Lots to eat for a reasonable price (49 RMB per person which includes beer and coffee, and dessert). The food quality was just ok-- we will not rush back unless we are really hungry and just want to be filled at a good price. But overall, it lacks the quality and variety of food for most western palates. Salads and pizza run out quickly and are not replenished very often, especially the pizza. The service by young chinese people was very courteous and attentive

Nice place. We went there at about 7 on a Sunday night and the place was completely empty. I had the sirloin and she had a tuna sandwich. Both were okay. The pepper sauce on the steak was terrific, but the steak itself was only okay.

From the look of the place, and from the other fine reviews here, it would seem that the Saturday night buffet is the time to go there.

After seeing this advertised as an expat banquet my partner and I checked it out. Despite being the only expat in the restaurant we had a very pleasant evening. We were sat upstairs in a well ventilated room, with spacious interior and modern decor. The waiters/waitresses did not stand over us nor did we get stared at by curious customers. The food was excellent, I recommend the sirloin steak and the salads. The Sushi was a bit boring but it packs a punch if you're a wasabi lover. The desert was awesome, especially the Jam Tart but it is popular with the local customers so you have to secure your portion early on. Our waiter always ensured my beer glass was full and a coffee was provided whilst we ate our desert. To finish a nice evening my partner and I took a relaxed stroll past Olympic park, onto Remin Square where we concluded the night with a quiet one at Noah's Ark.
