I have been a few times now to Noah's bar and every it gets worse. Waited 2.5hours for a pizza but did enjoy it when it finally arrived.
Don't go there is you are hungry or in a hurry.
The only reason I go now is that they have an area where you can sit outside. Apart for that there is nothing much else going for it.

I have been studying at this school for a couple of months now. I have found it to live up to its name "Excellent" Foreign Language School. I have been taking one on one lesson’s and have found the teachers to be very helpful. Also they have been very flexible with my class schedule, which has been most helpful. The school is in a great location as it’s very central, easy to find and the classrooms are very modern.
I would recommend checking out this school for anyone who wants to improve their Chinese.
