Nice clean, hospitable restaurant. It would be nice if the menu had more english. The food was not exceptional but that's more to do with Russian cuisine than the chef's skill.
A Lovely bar, good service, nice folk.
Music not too loud but some good blues (Stevie Ray Vaughan and Eric Clapton). The only irishness about it is the guinness. The beer's cold and not too pricey.
In general, a good watering hole for those who don't feel like bopping. Good service.
The French onion soup was brilliant, the German steak tasty and melts in your mouth, the chilli was great, and the garlic toast was good. Service and ambience was good, and the cost reasonable. Go there, you will not regret it. A pint of chilled Carlsberg is Y25, which is reasonable, and steak with fries and salad at Y70 was excellent.

A very good attempt at recreating a Singporean-style restaurant.
Chilli Crab, great but couldn't get the right bread for mopping up the sauce. Thai-style chicken feet salad, great but not stripped of bone enough-still it tasted authentic. Kangkong belachan-perfect. Butterfly prawns were also very good if too few in number. Thai-fried fish was again good. The Singapore-style 'Hainanese' Chicken rice passed muster but needs more sampling before a definitive verdict can be given. The decor is good and the service is as good as it gets. Mine host was very attentive and 'hallelujah' the beer was perfectly chilled. Most
highly recommended.
